We invite local artisans, crafters, and makers to join us for the 1st Annual Community Crafts Fair! This is a wonderful opportunity to share your handmade creations, connect with the community, and give back all in a welcoming, faith-filled environment.
Booth spaces are limited and fill on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist will be established if capacity is reached.

Booth Details & Fee
Booth Fee: $65 per booth
Each booth includes: one 8x10 booth space, two 6-foot tables, two chairs (one additional chair available upon request). Vendors must supply their own table coverings that reach the floor on all visible sides.
$30 of your $65 fee is donated directly to Chapel in the Pines outreach ministries. You choose which ministry receives your donation:
Do-Wooders - Provides and delivers split firewood to community members in need at no cost.
Food Closet - Provides food in partnership with Resource Connection Food Bank (Tuesdays 10 AM-12 PM).
Benevolence - Emergency financial support for community members with a specific need.

Vendor Rules & Policies
Applications: Photos of ALL merchandise must accompany your application. Applications are not complete without merchandise photos and payment. Community Crafts Fair reserves the right to limit duplicate merchandise categories.
Day of Event: All vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 AM. Booths must be staffed at all times by the vendor or an authorized representative (18+). Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up. The booth must be left in the same condition as found.
Other Policies: No smoking or alcohol on the property. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes and for any required permits or certifications. 50% refund available if cancellation is received in writing at least 60 days before the event.
Booth Bingo: We encourage each vendor to donate one item to the Booth Bingo prize pool it encourages attendees to visit every booth!
Snacks: We also encourage vendors to bring a snack to share. It's all part of the community spirit!

Ministry Standards & Vendor Agreement
The Community Crafts Fair is a ministry event of Chapel In The Pines, an Evangelical Covenant Church. As a religious organization, Chapel In The Pines reserves the right protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and applicable federal and state law to ensure that all vendor participation is consistent with its Christian mission and values.
To honor the faith-based nature of this event, the following types of products, services, and materials are not permitted:
Items that promote or depict occult practices, witchcraft, divination, or spiritualism
Products containing explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive content
Materials promoting the use of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or illegal substances
Items that mock, contradict, or are hostile to Christian faith or Scripture
Products inconsistent with Chapel In The Pines' affirmation of the sanctity of human life and Biblical marriage
Chapel In The Pines reserves the right to decline any vendor application or to request removal of products that conflict with the ministry character of this event. This policy is grounded in our sincerely held religious beliefs and our right as a religious organization to shape the character of our own ministry activities, as protected under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
